Description: This Brazilian-inspired acai bowl is not only deliciously sweet but also packed with nutrients. The creamy guava puree adds natural sweetness, while the coconut milk contributes to its rich texture. It’s perfect as a breakfast, snack, or post-workout meal.

For the Açaí Base:
1 cup frozen açaí berries (thawed)
1 banana (medium), sliced
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
For the Guava Puree:
1 medium guava (ripe), peeled and chopped
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
For the Toppings:

1/2 cup fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc.)
1/4 cup granola (gluten-free preferred)
1/4 avocado (cubed)
Coconut flakes (for garnish)
Instructions:
Step 1: In a blender, combine the açaí berries, banana, almond milk, and honey (if using). Blend until smooth.
Step 2: Transfer the açaí mixture into a serving bowl. If you prefer a thicker consistency, simply use less liquid.
Step 3: In another small saucepan over low heat, simmer the guava puree ingredients until they thicken, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Step 4: Pour the cooled guava puree on top of the açaí base. Gently stir to combine.
Step 5: Top your açaí bowl with desired toppings (see below for suggestions). Serve immediately.
