Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a large cookie sheet.
2. Combine the dry ingredients – flour, baking powder, and salt – in a bowl. Whisk together the wet ingredients – eggs, vegetable oil, milk, and optional spices. Stir both mixtures until combined thoroughly.
3. Spoon out about 1 tablespoon of batter onto the greased cookie sheet and use your fingers to form a circle about 4 inches in diameter. Make sure there is no overlapping between circles.
4. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown on top. Let cool slightly before serving.
