1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
1 cup frozen açaí berries, thawed
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Toppings:

1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), thawed if using frozen
1 medium ripe mango, diced
1 small seedless red apple, sliced
1/2 banana, sliced
1 tablespoon granola or oatmeal
Coconut flakes or chips, toasted (optional)

Directions:

1. In a high-speed blender, combine the avocado, açaí berries, almond milk, and ice cubes until smooth and creamy.
