Subtitle: This refreshing bowl combines the flavors of açaí, guava, and granola for a tasty and nutrient-dense meal.

Ingredients:

For the Acai Bowls:
1 large ripe banana (frozen)
1 cup frozen açaí berries
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
1 teaspoon chia seeds

For the Guava Puree:
1 medium ripe guava, roughly chopped
Water as needed to blend

Optional Toppings:
Sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or other seasonal fruit
Coconut flakes
Chopped nuts like walnuts or pecans
Shredded coconut

Instructions:

Prepare the acai bowl base:
Place all the ingredients for the acai bowl into a high-powered blender like Vitamix or Blendtec, and puree until smooth. You may need to add more liquid if desired.

Make the guava puree:
Combine the chopped guava and water in a food processor or powerful blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. If you find that the mixture is too thick, you can add a little bit more water.

Assemble the acai bowls:
Divide the prepared acai mixture between two serving bowls. Top each bowl with your choice of optional toppings.

Serve immediately and enjoy!

Note: For a thicker consistency, use less liquid when blending the acai and more water when making the guava puree. Alternatively, you could also freeze the bananas before blending them to achieve a creamier texture.
