Optional toppings (for garnish and added nutrients):
– 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
– 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
– 1/4 cup crushed pecans

Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients except for optional toppings to a high-speed blender and process until smooth.
2. Pour the smoothie into four serving glasses or bowls.
3. If using optional toppings, divide them among the glasses or bowls and stir gently.
Directions:

Note: You can adjust the sweetness levels by adding more or less fruit as desired.
