Directions
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add tapioca pearls and stir. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the pearls are translucent. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Once done, drain and rinse with cold water.
Tapioca pearls can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
