Directions
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and chilled, pour into glasses, garnish, and serve immediately for a refreshing taste of Brazil. Caju (cashew apple) juice is widely available in Latin markets or online; if you can’t find it, substitute with a blend of orange and pineapple juice for a similar tropical taste. For a protein boost, blend in a tablespoon of hemp seeds. Adjust sweetness according to your preference.
