Directions
Prepare the citrus juices and muddle mint in a pitcher. Combine all liquid ingredients and mix with sumac and sweetener. Serve over ice, top with sparkling water, and garnish. Enjoy chilled. For an extra cooling effect, chill your glasses beforehand. You can adjust sweetness and tartness to taste, or add a few crushed berries for a twist.
