Sub-Title: An Island-Inspired Beverage That’s Refreshing and Delicious!
Description: This sweet and tangy mango passion fruit lemonade is perfect for those hot summer days! Made with fresh fruits and a touch of spice, you’ll feel like you’re on vacation every time you take a sip.

Servings: 4 (serving size: 1 cup)
Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients:

For the simple syrup:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon grated gingerroot
pinch of salt

For the drink:
4 cups water
1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped (about 1 large mango)
1 small honeydew melon, seeded and chopped (about 1 cup)
2 passion fruits, juiced
1 lime, juiced (about 1/2 cup juice)
3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup ice cubes
Optional garnish: mint leaves, edible flowers, or thinly sliced limes

Instructions:

Prepare the simple syrup:
Combine water, sugar, ginger, and salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Once cooled, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Make the drink:
Add all the ingredients (except ice cubes and optional garnish) to a blender and puree until smooth. Divide among four glasses. Add ice cubes to each serving and stir gently. Garnish with your choice of mint leaves, edible flowers, or thinly sliced limes. Enjoy immediately!

Note: If you prefer a thicker consistency, use less water when blending. For a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve before pouring into glasses.
