– ½ teaspoon fresh grated ginger

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, toss together the kale, oil, and all the spices until evenly mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Spread the kale mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
4. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. The kale should still have a crunchy texture when done.
5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving as part of a meal or on its own. Enjoy!
