1. Combine all ingredients for the sorbet base in a blender and puree until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired with additional agave or maple syrup if necessary.
Note: The sorbet does not need to be overly sweet, but you may prefer more sweetness. Add 1-2 teaspoons of agave or maple syrup at a time, tasting after each addition.
