Sub-Title: A Vibrant and Flavorful Breakfast Idea!

Description: This vegan and gluten-free breakfast bowl combines the creamy texture of açaí berries with the sweetness of guava puree and mango salsa. It’s perfect for busy mornings or as a light snack throughout the day.

Ingredients:
For the Açaí Berry Base:
– 1 cup frozen açaí berries (thawed)
– 1/2 banana (ripe), peeled and sliced
– 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

For the Guava Puree:
– 1 ripe guava, roughly chopped
– 1/4 cup water
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For the Mango Salsa:
– 1 medium mango, diced
– 1 small red onion, diced
– 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely diced (for added heat)
– 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
– 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves

Optional Toppings:
– 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
– 1/4 cup granola (gluten-free and unsweetened)
– 1/4 cup fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

Instructions:

Direction 1: Prepare the açaí base by blending the frozen açaí berries, banana, and maple syrup (if using) until smooth.

Direction 2: Make the guava puree by combining all ingredients in a blender and processing until smooth. Set aside.

Direction 3: For the mango salsa, combine the diced mango, red onion, jalapeño pepper, lime juice, cilantro, and salt in a mixing bowl. Toss well to combine and set aside.

Difficulty Level: Easy

Servings: Serves 2

Time Needed: 15 minutes (including preparation time)

Note: If you prefer a thicker consistency for your açaí bowl, simply use less liquid when blending the fruit mixture. You can also adjust the spiciness of the mango salsa according to your taste preference.
