* 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
* 1/4 cup fresh blueberries or raspberries
Instructions:
Step 1: In a blender, combine the frozen acai berries, 1/2 cup water, and the banana until smooth.
Step 2: Pour the acai mixture into two bowls.
Step 3: Top each bowl with your choice of fresh fruits and shredded coconut flakes.
Step 4: Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
Note: You can adjust the sweetness according to your taste preferences. Add more or less honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar if desired.
