1/2 ripe mango, sliced
1 cup frozen baby spinach leaves
1 medium-sized banana, sliced
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
Optional toppings (for garnish and added nutrients):
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1/4 cup crushed pecans
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon Brazilian granola (such as our Tropical Granola)

3. If using optional toppings, divide them among the glasses or bowls and stir gently.

Directions:

Note: You can adjust the sweetness levels by adding more or less fruit as desired.
