For the Tahini Sauce:
1/2 cup tahini
2 tbsp lemon juice

1 Salt and black pepper to taste
For Burger Assembly:
1 Whole wheat or gluten-free burger buns
1 Sliced tomatoes
1 Sliced cucumbers
1 Red onion rings
1 Lettuce leaves
