1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise

2 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

Directions
For the Hoisin Mayo:
In a small bowl, mix together the vegan mayonnaise, hoisin sauce, and Sriracha sauce. Adjust the Sriracha sauce to your desired level of spiciness.
For Assembling the Burger:
Spread the hoisin mayo on the bottom bun.
Place a lettuce leaf on top of the mayo.
Add a generous portion of the tofu and mushroom patty.
Top with sliced cucumber, sliced red onion, and fresh cilantro leaves.
Place the top bun on the stack.
