1/2 cup dairy-free yogurt (coconut or almond-based)

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1 Burger buns (gluten-free if needed)

1 Lettuce leaves

1 Sliced tomato

Directions
For the Vegan Yogurt Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together the dairy-free yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Adjust the seasoning to your liking.
For Assembling the Burger:
Spread the vegan yogurt sauce on the bottom bun.
Place a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce.
Add a lentil patty to the lettuce.
Top with sliced tomato and sliced red onion.
Place the top bun on the stack.
