Directions
Blend all ingredients until creamy and smooth. Serve immediately in a chilled glass garnished with a sprinkle of lavender or a few berries. Use only culinary (food grade) lavender—ornamental lavender is not safe for consumption. For a nut-free version, substitute cashews and almond milk with sunflower seeds and oat milk. This smoothie is best enjoyed immediately for maximum freshness and flavor.
