In a bowl, crumble the pressed tofu into small pieces using your hands. Add minced garlic, soy sauce, and sriracha sauce. Mix well to combine. |

Stir in the chopped fresh basil, cilantro, green onions, red bell pepper, grated carrot, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the ingredients are evenly distributed. |

Divide the mixture into burger-sized patties. You should get about 4-6 patties, depending on your preferred size. |

Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the tofu basil patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they develop a crispy exterior and are heated through. |

While the patties are cooking, prepare the Spicy Sriracha Mayo by mixing vegan mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lime juice, and salt in a small bowl. Adjust the spiciness to your liking. |

Toast the burger buns lightly in the same pan or on a grill. |
7

To assemble the burgers, spread a generous amount of Spicy Sriracha Mayo on the bottom half of each bun. Add a tofu basil patty, sliced cucumber, red onion rings, fresh lettuce leaves, and sliced tomato. Top with the other half of the bun. |
