This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh. Serve immediately for maximum flavor and a creamy, frosty texture. Cupuaçu pulp can often be found in the frozen section of Brazilian or Latin American markets. If unavailable, frozen mango provides a similar creamy, tangy base. For extra protein, blend in a scoop of vegan protein powder.
