Directions
Blend all ingredients until smooth, pour, and enjoy immediately for a refreshing Thai-inspired vegan treat. For a more pronounced Thai flavor, use fresh kaffir lime leaves and Thai basil. If unavailable, substitute with regular basil and extra lime zest. Optional: Add a small pinch of chili flakes for a spicy kick!
