Ingredients:

* 1 tablespoon dried goji berries
* 1 teaspoon dried lotus seeds
* 1 teaspoon roasted chicory powder
* 1/2 cup dried green peas (optional)
* 1 large handful fresh mint leaves
* 1 large handful fresh chrysanthemum flowers
* 1 liter cold water
* Honey or agave syrup to taste

Instructions:

1. Rinse the dried ingredients thoroughly under running water until they are clean and free of debris. Soak them in 1/2 cup of cold water for about 30 minutes to rehydrate.
2. Drain and rinse the soaked ingredients again before adding them to a blender along with the fresh herbs and ice cubes. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
3. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher filled with cold water. Add more ice if desired.
4. Pour the chilled tea over ice cubes and sweeten with honey or agave syrup to taste. Serve immediately.
