2. Add the remaining ingredients (condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, honey, chili powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder). Stir until combined well.
3. Cook shrimp according to package directions; set aside.
4. Meanwhile, heat tortillas on griddle over medium-high heat until warmed through.
5. Divide shrimp mixture among warmed tortillas. Serve immediately.
