This vegan mango dessert is a true fusion of African and Latin American flavors. The base consists of creamy avocado, mashed banana, and dates blended together to create a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional sweeteners. The star of the show are the ripe mangos, which are tossed in a spicy chili lime dressing made from fresh ginger, garlic, and jalapeños. Serve cold and enjoy the explosion of flavors!

Ingredients:

For the Avocado Mousse Base:

* 3 large very ripe avocados, flesh only
* 2 medium ripe bananas, sliced
* 1/4 cup pitted dates, roughly chopped
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* Pinch of sea salt

For the Spicy Chili Lime Mango Topping:

* 1 cup diced ripe mangoes
* 1/4 cup chopped red onions
* 1/4 cup seeded and diced jalapeños
* Juice of 1 lime
* 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
* 1 tbsp maple syrup
* 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
* Salt to taste
* 1 tbsp olive oil

Optional Garnish:

* Sliced almonds
* Toasted coconut flakes
* Cacao nibs
