Subtitle: A refreshing blend of mangoes, yogurt, and cardamom-infused almond milk, perfect for hot summer days!
Description: This creamy and cooling frostie recipe is a delicious twist on the traditional Indian lassi drink. Made with just a few simple ingredients, including fresh mangos, unsweetened vanilla protein powder, and homemade cardamom-infused almond milk, it’s perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without any added sugars or artificial flavors. Plus, it’s vegan, gluten-free, high in protein, and kid-friendly – what more could you ask for?

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mango cubes
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla protein powder
1 tsp ground cardamom
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup homemade cardamom-infused almond milk (see note below)
1/4 cup water
Instructions:

Optional garnish: chopped nuts, coconut flakes, or edible flowers

Note: To make the cardamom-infused almond milk, simply combine 2 cups raw almond butter with 2 cups water and 12 pods crushed cardamom seeds in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until the cardamom seeds have dissolved, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean container. Discard the solids and store the infused milk in the fridge for up to 3 days.
