Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Farofa Mixture
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small bowl, mix together the yucca flour, water, lime juice, and salt until well combined. Set aside.

Step 2: Bake the Tortilla Shells
Spoon the yucca mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming four equal circles. Use a wet spoon or your hands to shape each circle into a tortilla about 1/4-inch thick.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden brown and crispy. Remove from heat and let cool completely before filling.

Step 3: Make the Mango Salsa
While the tacos are cooling, prepare the mango salsa. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Step 4: Assemble the Tacos
Fill each cooled taco shell with desired toppings, such as diced tomatoes, shredded cabbage, avocado, black beans, corn kernels, and cilantro. Drizzle with fresh lime juice and serve immediately. Enjoy!
