Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the sticky rice according to package instructions using the soaking method (rinse rice, cover with 1 inch water, bring to boil, simmer covered until tender). Once cooked, transfer to a large bowl and set aside.
Step 2: Meanwhile, combine all the ingredients for the coconut cream sauce in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Add the prepared sweet rice to the blended coconut mixture from Step 2. Mix well until the rice is completely coated with the sauce.
Step 4: Pour the coconut-rice mixture into individual serving bowls. Top each serving with sliced mangoes and enjoy immediately.
