Sub_title: Refreshingly sweet and creamy vegan dessert made without ice cream makers!

Description: This no-churn coconut mango sorbet is a perfect summer treat to cool down your taste buds. Made with just five simple ingredients, it’s also free from dairy, gluten, refined sugar, and eggs! Serve it on its own or drizzled with our homemade passion fruit sauce for an extra kick of tropical flavor.

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

For the sorbet:

* 1 can (14 oz) full-fat coconut milk
* 1 cup frozen mango cubes
* 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
* 1 tablespoon agave nectar
* 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

For the passion fruit sauce (optional):

* 1 cup fresh passion fruit pulp
* 1/4 cup water
* 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions:

1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients for the sorbet and process until smooth and fluffy, scraping down the sides as needed. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl.
2. Place the chilled bowl in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until firm enough to scoop. Stir the mixture every hour to prevent ice crystals from forming.
3. Once set, remove the sorbet from the freezer and let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving. Scoop into glasses and enjoy immediately!

Optionally, prepare the passion fruit sauce by combining the passion fruit pulp, water, and maple syrup in a small saucepan over low heat. Cook until the liquid reduces slightly and the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. Pour the passion fruit sauce over the sorbet or serve it on the side.
