1 medium ripe but firm avocado, peeled and pitted
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup water
(choose your favorites):
1 frozen banana , peeled
1 tablespoon chia seeds or hemp hearts
1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
1 scoop vegan protein powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1/2 lime , juiced
1 teaspoon maca powder
1 teaspoon spirulina powder
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
