Directions
Blend all ingredients until smooth, adjusting sweetness and salt to your preference. Pour, garnish, and enjoy chilled. For an authentic Vietnamese twist, use a slice of preserved salted lime in place of regular salt. Adjust salt to taste and add more lime juice for extra tanginess.
