Ingredients
-
2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced
-
1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut yogurt
-
1/4 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
-
1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
-
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
-
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric (optional, for color)
-
1 A pinch of salt
-
1 Popsicle molds and sticks
Directions
Pour the mango lassi mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
Freeze the popsicles for at least 4-6 hours or until they are completely frozen.
To remove the popsicles from the molds, briefly run warm water over the outside of the mold to loosen them.
Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup or agave nectar according to your taste. The ground turmeric adds a subtle color to the popsicles but can be omitted if you prefer a more traditional mango lassi appearance. Enjoy these popsicles as a refreshing dessert or snack on a hot day!
