Directions
Once the tofu skewers are grilled to perfection, remove them from the grill.
Serve these Caribbean-inspired jerk tofu skewers with a side of rice and beans or a fresh mango salsa for a complete Caribbean feast. Garnish with fresh cilantro for an extra burst of flavor. Enjoy the taste of the Caribbean right at home!

In a bowl, whisk together all the jerk marinade ingredients. |
