For the Lime Dressing:
1 Juice of 2 limes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon agave nectar or maple syrup
1 Salt and pepper to taste
For the Wrap Assembly:
4 gluten-free tortillas (corn or cassava-based)
1 cup shredded purple cabbage
1 cup sliced tomatoes
1 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 Hot sauce or jalapeños for extra heat (optional)
