Directions
Blend all the listed ingredients until silky smooth. Pour into a chilled glass, sprinkle extra matcha on top, and serve fresh. If sakura (cherry blossom) essence is unavailable, substitute with rose water for a floral note. Feel free to use plant milk of choice. For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen cherries or a frozen banana.

Add frozen cherries, silken tofu, oat milk, maple syrup, sakura essence, yuzu juice, matcha powder, chia seeds, vanilla extract, sea salt, and a few ice cubes (if using) to a high-speed blender. |
