Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Chocolate Mousse:
1. Scoop out the flesh of the avocados into a large bowl.
2. Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt. Mix well until everything is combined.
3. Pour in the plant-based milk and mix until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Step 2: Make the Raspberry Coulis:
1. In a small saucepan, combine the raspberries, cornstarch mixture, maple syrup, and salt. Whisk together until the berries begin to break down and release their juices.
