Directions
Simply blend all ingredients until smooth, taste and adjust to your liking, garnish, and enjoy cold for a refreshing, nutrient-packed drink inspired by the flavors of an Indian summer. For a richer smoothie, use full-fat canned coconut milk. If you can’t find black salt, use a small pinch of sea salt for a less pungent but still savory twist. This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh.
