Made using fresh mangoes, Greek yogurt (or substitute), cardamom, cumin, ginger, and turmeric, they’re perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while staying true to the authentic flavors of India.

Ingredients:

For the Popsicle Base:
– 3 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped into small cubes
– 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 tsp sea salt flakes (optional)

For the Swirling Sauce:
– 1/2 cup plain non-dairy Greek yogurt (or substitute)
– 1/4 cup maple syrup
– 1 tbsp chia seeds
– 1 tsp ground cardamom
– 1 tsp ground cumin
– Pinch of ground black pepper

Optional Garnish:
– Sliced almonds, slivered pistachios, or chopped pecans

Instructions:

Step 1: Combine all the ingredients for the Popsicle base in a blender and puree until smooth.

Step 2: Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solidified.

Step 3: Meanwhile, prepare the swirling sauce by mixing together all its ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.

Step 4: After the Popsicle base has frozen, carefully pour the prepared swirling sauce over the top of each mold, leaving about 1/4 inch space at the bottom. Do not stir.

Step 5: Continue freezing the popsicles for another 2-3 hours or until the swirling sauce is set.

Step 6: To remove from the molds, run warm water around the edges of each popsicle mold for a few seconds. Gently push up on the bottom of the mold, and the popsicles should release easily. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
