1. Add all the ingredients except for the fruit and coconut flakes to a high-speed blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed. Taste and adjust sweetness according to preference.
3. Divide the mixture into four bowls or ramekins.
4. Top each serving with your choice of sliced fruit and a few shavings of coconut.
Note: You can also use frozen fruits instead of fresh ones if desired. Simply thaw and drain well before adding them to the blender.
