⅓ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
½ teaspoon cardamom powder
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
¾ cup water

For the custard:
3 large ripe avocados
⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk
⅓ cup raw cashew butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions:

Make the base:
1. Add all base ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth. Set aside.

Prepare the custard:
2. Place all custard ingredients in a high-powered blender and process until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.

Assemble the puddings:
3. Divide the base mixture evenly between two serving bowls. Top each bowl with half of the custard mixture. Garnish with fresh fruit, chopped nuts, and edible flowers if desired.

Serve immediately:

Note: You can use any type of mango you prefer, such as Alphonso, Kesar, or Kent. If using a very ripe mango, you may not need to sweeten the base as much. Adjust sugar according to your taste.
