Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Chocolate Coconut Mousse

Pour the mixture into four small glasses or ramekins and refrigerate for at least one hour or until set.

Step 2: Make the Strawberry Sauce
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the strawberries, cornstarch, maple syrup, and pinch of salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the berries begin to break down and the mixture thickens slightly, about 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool completely.

Divide the prepared strawberry sauce evenly among the four glasses. Top each serving with a layer of chilled chocolate coconut mousse.
