* 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (preferably Dutch-processed)
* 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons coconut cream from a can (do not shake before opening; reserve 2 tbsp for garnish)
* 1/4 cup maple syrup
* 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
* 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
* 1/4 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut
* Garnishes: toasted coconut flakes, fresh berries, edible flowers, or crushed nuts

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
2. Divide mixture evenly among 6 small glasses or ramekins.
3. Place mousse cups into freezer for at least 2 hours or overnight.
4. Just before serving, garnish each chilled mousse with reserved coconut cream and desired toppings.
