Directions
For best results, use ceremonial-grade matcha and freshly squeezed yuzu juice if available. Adjust sweetness to your preference. This drink is best enjoyed cold and fresh. Yuzu juice can sometimes be found bottled at Asian grocery stores. If unavailable, a mix of fresh lemon and lime juice (2:1 ratio) can be substituted. For an extra boost, add a splash of kombucha in place of some sparkling water.

In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with 2 tbsp of hot water (not boiling) until completely dissolved and frothy. |

Add the grated ginger and yuzu juice to the matcha mixture. Stir well. |
