Directions
Serve immediately as a nourishing breakfast drink, post-workout refresher, or festive treat. Adjust sweetness by adding more dates if desired. For extra chill, refrigerate the shake before serving, or use frozen almond milk cubes. For a nut-free version, substitute raw sunflower seeds for cashews. Adjust the amount of cardamom and saffron to taste. This drink is inspired by Indian milkshakes (sharbats) and lassi, but is made vegan and naturally sweetened.
