1/4 cup toasted cassava flour 1/4 cup toasted cassava flour (farofa, or use gluten-free breadcrumbs)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

1/2 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
