In a bowl, combine minced garlic, grated ginger, paprika, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground turmeric, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Mix well to create the marinade. |

Grilled Cauliflower Steak: |

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. |

Trim the leaves and stem of the cauliflower head, keeping it intact. Cut the cauliflower into thick slices (steaks) about 1 to 1.5 inches in thickness. Reserve any loose florets for grilling as well. |

Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks and florets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. |
