Instructions:

2. Next, prepare the baby bok choy. If using, rinse under cold water and set aside until later.
3. Mince both the garlic and ginger with a sharp knife.
4. Mix together the cornstarch, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar in a small bowl. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
5. Place the prepared cabbage and baby bok choy in a large mixing bowl along with the minced garlic and ginger. Add the dressing mixture and toss well to coat everything evenly.
