For the topping:

Instructions:
1. In a high-powered blender like a Vitamix or Blendtec, combine all ingredients for the base until smooth.
2. Pour into two large glasses or mason jars and refrigerate while preparing the toppings.
3. Add the remaining ingredients for the topping into the same blender and process until smooth.
4. Divide the topping evenly among four serving glasses or mason jars.
5. Slowly pour the prepared base over the top of each serving using a spoon or ladle.
6. Stir gently and enjoy immediately.
