Ingredients:
For the base:
– 1 cup frozen açaí berries (thawed)
– 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
– 1 tbsp raw honey (optional, for sweetness)
Toppings:
– 1/2 cup sliced fresh mango (about 1 small mango)
– 1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple (about 1/2 cup)
– 1/2 cup sliced kiwi fruit (about 1 medium kiwi)
– 1/2 cup diced fresh papaya (about 1/2 small papaya)
– 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries (about 1/2 cup)
– 1/4 cup coarsely shredded unsweetened coconut flakes
Directions:
1. In a high-powered blender or food processor, combine the thawed açaí berries, almond milk, and optional honey. Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
2. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl. Add your desired toppings and gently stir everything together using a spoon or spatula. Serve immediately.
