– Ice cubes
– Sliced fresh fruit like strawberries, kiwi, or mango (optional)
Instructions:
1. To prepare the jelly base, combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour the mixture into a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to infuse. Strain the liquid through a fine mesh strainer before serving.
2. For the topping, mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired. Chill well before serving.
3. To serve, divide the prepared jelly base among four glasses or jars. Add ice cubes if desired. Top each glass with about 1/4 cup of the prepared topping. Garnish with additional mint leaves, edible flowers (if using), and fruit slices (if using). Enjoy immediately!
Note: The jelly can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. The topping will keep in the fridge for up to 2 days.
