Directions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated tofu cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
Grill the tofu skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they have grill marks and are heated through.
While grilling, you can prepare the optional peanut dipping sauce. In a separate bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and Sriracha sauce. Add water as needed to achieve your desired dipping sauce consistency.
